שלום רב,

אבי עבר לאחרונה בדיקות בעקבות תכיפות במתן שתן וצריבה קשה.

בבדיקות התגלה PSA 39.

עבר ביופסיה ואשמח לעזרה בהבנת האבחנה שלהלן:

Prostate, CNB:

1-3. Left lobe:

- Two out of three short cores of fibro-adipose tissue are focally (5-10% summary core tissue volume) involved by prostatic adenocarcinoma.

- Gleason score 4+5=9/10 (ISUP 2014y grade 5/5).

- Seminal vesicle structures are seen and free of tumor.

- One of the tumor foci (core n.1) is present in fibro-adipose tissue and suggested of extra-prostatic extension.

- No prostatic glands are seen.

4-6. Right lobe:

- One core of atrophic prostatic tissue is focally involved by prostatic adenocarcinoma (core N4; less than 5% of core tissue volume).

- Gleason score 4+5=9/10 (ISUP 2014 grade 5/5).

- Other cores are fibro-muscular tissue only.

Note:

- Special stains for CK-903; PIN-CO; CK-7; GATA-3 support morphological diagnosis.

- Neuro-endocrine markers: Chromogranine is negative and

 Synaptophysin is weakly and diffusely positive.
